This was such a poignant piece. Thank you for sharing it with us, dear Michael. My grandma had Alzheimer's, and reading this brought back so many memories... There were times when she seemed so clear-headed, you wouldn’t have guessed she had Alzheimer's, and then there were other times when she wasn’t... Those were the hardest.
